Manfred Conrad

President and CEO

Born and raised in Germany, Manfred came to Canada in 1963. In 1978, Manfred, along with partner Ferdinand Rauch began acquiring smaller residential properties with a $30,000 investment under the name of The Cora Group Inc. The company soon moved into multi-residential development and then into larger office developments. Manfred's futuristic, long-term vision and hands-on approach has allowed The Cora Group Inc. to be what it is today -- one of the Region's largest developers and managers of commercial real estate.


Adrian Conrad

Vice-President & CFO MBA, B.Math Hons.

Adrian Conrad has been involved with the family business for over 19 years. He brings not only the family name but with it innovative thinking and a drive to succeed on all real estate ventures. Adrian has a solid background in the construction industry and heads up all major development. He has moved up through the company gaining the respect of shareholders and other stakeholders. Adrian is responsible for a number of critical areas of the business; leading the management team, making and implementing financial decisions, setting financial policies, and strategic planning.


Bud Hohol

C.A. Controller

Bud, a Chartered Accountant, has worked as Cora's controller since 1990. He is directly responsible for day-to-day operation of the accounting division and is responsible for all levels of financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting. Bud and his staff prepare all financial statements, as well as maintain internal audit and control functions.


Paul A. McCormick

CPM, Manager of Real Estate Operations

Paul A. McCormick, a Certified Property Manager, brings to Cora over 22 years of progressive real estate and property management experience. He has managed commercial, industrial and retail properties with annual operating budgets of over $10MM. Paul has performed all aspects of property management for over 2.4 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail space in both the Toronto and Winnipeg areas.   Paul is responsible for the property management operations for The Cora Group's real estate portfolio. His responsibilities include achieving optimum economic performance of all holdings, as well as, maintaining and supervising the property's physical plants, ground and building maintenance personnel. Paul is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).


John Vickery

CFM; Manager, Marketing & Leasing

John Vickery has responsibility for all aspects of Leasing and Marketing the company's portfolio including new Tenant Lease negotiations and finalizing Lease arrangements. John has over 22 years experience leasing, designing, developing and managing commercial office, retail and industrial buildings in both corporate and entrepreneurial organizations. Having worked as both a Landlord’s and Tenant’s Leasing representative, he has developed an advanced understanding of the legal and financial decision processes used on both "sides of the fence". John earned his CFM (Certified Facility Manager) designation from the International Facilities Management Association in 1994. He remains active in the community building and maintaining relationships with the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage community.
