Manfred Conrad
President and CEO
Born and raised in Germany, Manfred came to Canada in 1963. In 1978, Manfred began acquiring smaller residential properties with a $30,000 investment under the name of The Cora Group Inc. The company soon moved into multi-residential development and then into larger office developments. Manfred's futuristic, long-term vision and hands-on approach has allowed The Cora Group Inc. to become one of the Region's largest developers and managers of commercial real estate.
In 2008 Manfred sold a large portion of his holdings to Realex Properties Corporation and joined Realex as a member of the Board of Directors.
